Initial Comments:
This report is the result of an unannounced revisit conducted on June 23, 2022, at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern Pennsylvania as the result of a previous complaint survey conducted on March 3, 2022. It was determined the facility was in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Title 42, Part 482-Conditions of Participation for Hospitals.
